Shivam Pal, an IIT Kanpur alumnus, is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of building and scaling startups across AI, EdTech, FinTech, and Social Media. Both successes and failures have shaped his journey—while UnchaAi achieved a $100K ARR exit, earlier ventures faced pivots and challenges that refined his approach to business.
As the founder of First500days, Shivam helps startups navigate the complexities of growth, funding, and product development. Over the years, he has mentored 100+ startups, contributing to $10M+ in funding and $5M+ in revenue generation. He has also built profitable ventures like Mvaak and First500days while playing key roles in scaling businesses such as Uolo and Park+.
Having raised government grants and bootstrapped multiple ventures, Shivam believes in building businesses focusing on impact over-valuations.
